Gatherings hold a special place for me, particularly when there’s purpose and deep connection. This fall, I hosted a weekend retreat for a group of leadership coaches, stepping away from our busy practices. We met at a riverfront house with plenty of outdoor space to relax, enjoy the views, watch the sunrise, and chat by the fire. Each of us shared topics to explore, from solopreneur challenges to reflections on life purpose. We played games, ate great food, and laughed a lot. What makes gathering coaches so unique is the depth of every conversation, with powerful questions, attentive listening, and a spirit of care and non-judgment.
