Ariana M. Leon
As an ICF-certified coach (CPCC, PCC), I am passionate about catalyzing positive change and supporting people to step into their confidence and leadership abilities. I work with executives, senior leaders and leadership teams in the federal, nonprofit and corporate sectors.
I am certified in Leadership Circle Profile 360, and a qualified DiSC practitioner.
My career includes over 25 years of global experience in nonprofit management, development, and research in the fields of international development, environment and cross-cultural education. I have held senior executive and research positions with the UN, global nonprofit institutions, and universities, and co-founded The Bindi Project. My credentials include a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Ohio University, an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University, certification as a Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida. For several years I coached for the Ignite Initiative - engaging coaching for humanity and the planet - an initiative of the International Coach Federation Foundation. As a community builder, I served as Board member of the ICF Metro DC Chapter leading the Communities of Practice Committee.
I am inspired by my clients’ A-HA moments, family, hiking, kayaking, silversmithing, fur babies and traveling.
